NEW Sunday Fun-Day Rules

 

If you don't usually join us for our Sunday events -

this a great time to start. 

 

Tournaments are played one Sunday each month, with tee times from

7:00 - 10:45.

• Play is open to all “active” members in good standing, plus one guest. 

• Each foursome must have a minimum of two (2) CWGC members, unless otherwise specified. 

• All guests must have an active GHIN/USGA handicap

• All players must be 18 years of age or older.

• Women may play from the Gold, Gold/Silver or Silver tees.  Men may play from the White or Green tees.  If no tee is offered during the first play date, women will be assigned Gold/Silver and men White tee location.  A player's assigned tee box remains permanent unless a "tee swap" opportunity is provided by the committee at its discretion. Once a tee box is assigned—whether by choice or default—the player must continue using the same tee box for all future play unless and until the committee offers a "tee swap."

• Monthly signups for any given Funday are at 5:00pm, on the Sunday two weeks before the Funday event. (Example: If you are signing up for January 25th Funday the signup date is two weeks before on January 11th at 5:00pm.

• At the time of sign up, ALL players names must be entered. TBD is not permitted. 

• Payment and cancellation deadline is 5:00pm on the Sunday one week

       before the event. (Example: If you are paying for January 25th Funday,           payment is due no later than January 18th at 5:00pm).  We'll send a                single​ reminder to players who haven't paid.  If payment isn't received by             the deadline, you'll be removed from the confirmed roster, and players from           the waitlist will be moved to the confirmed roster.​

• Cancellation deadline is 5:00PM on Sunday preceding the event. When cancelling email the tournament coordinator. Cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund of tournament fees. 

• Winnings are credited to the CWGC member account; or CMGC member account if partner is not a spouse.

$15 per player buy-in

Equal Gross / Net payouts 

Closest to the Pin awards for both ladies and men on par 3 holes
