Prospective Member Submission Process

Members who fill out the form must follow these steps to send it to Coronado Women's Membership Director.

1. Click on the Electronic Application Form. Fill out the form in your web browser or a PDF viewer.

2. Save the completed form (PDF) to your local device (computer, phone, etc.).

3. Suggestion: Save it to your desktop or downloads folder so you can find it easily!

4. Open your email account(Gmail, Outlook, etc.). As if you were going to send a new email.

5. Compose a new email and attach the saved, filled-out PDF file.
